All watercraft should travel in a counter clockwise direction to avoid any head-on-collision issues. 

 When you observe a violation of the F&B or TLLRA Rules and Regulations there are Incident Report Forms available inside the Bathhouse (on the wall) and on the TLLRA Website.  It is imperative to collect as much information as soon as possible as to what occurred as well as the involved watercraft's registration number.  This information allows the Board to respond to the violation in a timely manner.  Once completed, give the form to Matt (our Security Guard) or a Board Member.  For mailing addresses, please see a copy of the TLLRA Security Plan available in the Bathhouse and on the website.

Y The property under the lake and all of the shoreline belongs to Homer City Redevelopment, LLC.  The water in the lake has been designated as a navigable waterway and as such, belongs to the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  However, to get to the water, a person would have to illegally trespass on property owned by HC Redevelopment, LLC which includes our Leased property.  When you observe a kayak, canoe, flotation device, etc. on the lake you should politely indicate that they have trespassed on private property to access the water and that in doing so, they are putting themselves at serious risk of injury as this lake is reserved exclusively for high speed boating.  Short of calling the State Police indicating the trespass,  there is nothing more a member can or should do.

 After speaking with our Fish & Boat Compliance Officer, the general population, including the Amish, are required to comply with all Fish & Boat Regulations and applicable catch limits.  Only the TLLRA Rules & Regulations require that members adhere to a catch & release policy.
